Introduction to Mindfulness
(2-hour workshop)
Help your employees dip their toes into the world of mindfulness with this two-hour workshop experience. Each session includes a learning block, guided meditation, Q&A and an interactive game.
Mindfulness Immersion
(½ day workshop)
Give your team a crash course in mindfulness and meditation with this half-day workshop experience. Each session includes two learning blocks, guided meditation and personal reflection, Q&A and an interactive game.
Mindful Lunches
(6 X 1 hour sessions)
Set your team up success with a six part lunch and learn series about mindfulness. Each of the six sessions include a learning block and a guided meditation.
